Desired Skills:
- Minimum 3 years in HVAC System estimating
- Must have the ability to analyze the scope of work and create an accurate estimate
- Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate bid opportunities
- Establish and maintain client relationships
- Perform site surveys if necessary and attend pre-bid meetings
- Analyze scope of work and create accurate HVAC estimates for projects
- Interact with the sales and project management teams to ensure all projects are performed according to plans and specifications
